Deliveries to Switzerland are made exclusively via: www.meineinkauf.ch.

At this point we would like to refer you to the services of our exclusive cooperation partner www.meineinkauf.ch. Via MeinEinkauf.ch, private customers and companies with their place of residence or business in Switzerland can purchase goods from online retailers in Germany and have them sent to their home address in Switzerland easily and cost-effectively.

To do this, you register once as a MeinEinkauf.ch customer and receive an @meineinkauf.ch email address. When shopping at hausnotruf-shop.de, you then purchase your items (gross, i.e. including German VAT) from us as normal by entering the billing address of MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany) and pay no shipping costs for Germany. We will then send your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH in Constance/Germany and they will then deliver your order (via their subsidiary MeinEinkauf AG in St. Gallen) directly to your home in Switzerland within a further 2 to 3 days. For delivery by MeinEinkauf AG (Switzerland), you pay a one-off fee of CHF 14.90 per shipment (up to 10kg and 100x60x60 cm). This fee includes customs clearance, postage and all taxes. Delivery is free of charge - without presentation tax.

The fee for the services of MeinEinkauf GmbH is charged directly by MeinEinkauf GmbH and has nothing to do with invoicing by sos-info.com.

We currently only deliver to other countries on request.

The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Customs duties and fees

Additional customs duties and fees apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. Further information can be found here and on import sales tax here and specifically for Switzerland here.

Please note the exemption limits and fees applicable in your country.

Any costs incurred will be charged to you directly by your customs office. We have no influence on this, nor can we advise you in this matter and inform you of any costs and fees. If goods are returned from a non-EU country, the customer is obliged to enclose the original invoice supplied by us with the goods in order to avoid double customs clearance. In the event of a return, no customs duties can be claimed back from us, as these were not created by us and are not part of our scope of delivery and services.

Deliveries within the EU are generally exempt from customs duties. For information, please refer to the website of the customs office responsible for your country.

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
